This study aims to: (1) produced an internal evaluation model of a modem pesantren program named EVINP4 model a quality, (2) testing the quality of guidelines and constructs of internal evaluation models of modem Pesantren learning programs, (3) examine the effectiveness of internal evaluation model of modern Pondok pesantren learning programs and, (4) know about the implementation of the EVINP4 model in the Tazakka modern Pondok, the Daarul Ulil Albaab modern Pondok, and the Al Manaar modern Pondok
This study is a research and development (R&D) using 4 (four) steps of 10 (ten) models developed by Borg and Gall The evaluation model components used in this research were input evaluation process evaluation, and output evaluation The approaches used were both quantitative and qualitative The number of respondents on a large-scale trial was 29 Islamic religion teachers (ustads) and 77 boarding school students (santri) The data collection techniques used the Delphi technique observation, interview questionnaire distribution, and documentation The model testing methods used exploratory factor analysis (EFA) using SPSS statistics and confirmatory factor analysis (FA) using LISREL 8 50 for windows The basic model compatibility used: 1) Chi-Square (e) 2) a p-value 3) Root Mean Square Error of Approximation (RMSEA) and 4). The goodness of Fit Indes (GFI). The content validity used V Index Aiken The instrument reliability used. Cronbach Alpha
These research results were as follows (1) The internal evaluation model of the modern Pesantren learning program (Model EVINP4) consisted of evaluating the input, process and output produced in the form of an excellent model guide valid and reliable instruments (2) The quality of the EVINP4 model guidance had empirically been declared proper in an implementation test done by the users that showed an X score of 21, a mean score of 15, with the standard deviation of 3. The obtained categorization was perfect, ie (X 20) The EVINP4 Model instrument obtained was empirically tested so that the Fit model was obtained, having a p-value of (p20.05), RMSEA of 0,000 (RMSEA ≤0.08), GFI value of 0.94. AGFI is 0.88, NFI is 0.97, CFI is 1.00 and IFI is 1.01 (3) The effectiveness of the EVINP4 model had empirically been approved in an implementation test done by the users that showed an X score of 22, a mean score of 15, with a standard deviation of 3 The obtained categorization was perfect. i.e. (X 20). (4) The EVINP4 Model implementation test at Tazakka modern pesantren. Daaru Ulil Albaab modem pesantren, and Al Manaar modern pesantren was stated to be very good
