THESIS - EVALUASI PROGRAM PENDIDIKAN PESANTREN TRADISIONAL DENGAN CIPPO MODEL DI PONDOK PESANTREN SALAFIYAH PEMALANG
ABSTRACT
This study is an evaluative study refers to the evaluation model CIPPO focusing on context evaluation, input, process, product, and impact. The purpose of this study is to know of education implementation of traditional Islamic boarding school in Salafiyah Islamic Boarding School Pemalang. The subjects in this study were students, Islamic teacher, the head of Islamic boarding school, education supervisor, and parents/school board of the boarding school. The data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation analysis, and questionnaires
The data analysis technique was used descriptive data analysis by interpreting the data from every aspect to be evaluated then compared with predefined cnteria. The result of evaluation showed that the existed aspects in Salafiyah Islamic Boarding School Pemalang were quite good. These existed aspects were the legality and the presence of Salafiyah Islamic Boarding School Pemalang This school was needed by the community. On aspects of inputs, infrastructure, have been very adequate. There were 50% of Islamic teachers having S1 degree qualification and teaching appropriate discipline. The development of curriculum has referred to Goverment Regulation No 55 Year 2007 about Religion. Education and Religiousness. The management of Boarding School was good. There were only 60% of students who meet the criteria of school admission and community participation was low. On process aspect, the Islamic teachers' ability, Islamic teachers' activity and students' involvement in teaching learning process were good. Unfortunately, the supervision from supervisor was poor. On product aspect, it was good since the graduation was 100% On outcome product, it showed that all the aspects have met the criteria. There were 66.13% of alumni studying in colleges and there were 33.87 alumni absorbed in in the community become a teacher Al Qur'an education garden (TPQ).
