Kesesi year 2016/2017 This study uses a survey method using regression analysis of the predictors Subject of the study were 42 respondents using stratified random sampling, data collection using questionnaires to collect data istrumen X and Y
The research data were collected and analyzed using regression analysis techniques and show that 1) sentence order offense madrasah at MTs Kesesi 2016/2017 year has been good and the average value of the variable sentence order offense madrasah is 52 4285, value it is located in the interval 51-53 Thus, the value of penalty infringement madrasah order has a value in both categories. 2) The level of student discipline MTs Kesesi year 2016/2017 was good Because after the calculation of the quality of student discipline, then the average student discipline MTs Kesesi is 53 4285 and falls in the interval 52-54; 3) the positive influence between punishment violation madrasah order to discipline students. Shown with correlation between the predictor with the criterion, and the result is r xy = 0.354 and rt (0,05)= 0.312 for rxy rt (0.05) it is significant, then do the correlation coefficient using the t test, the result is 2,394 then consulted with ttable at significance level of 5%= 2,021, for th (2,394)> tt (2,021) then the result is significant. This is also evidenced by the results Freg 4.1905> F1 (0.05 42) = 4.085, then the result is significant with regression equation Y = 41.997 + 0,216X
Based on the results of this study are expected to be the subject of information and advice for educators and students, especially for schools or educational institutions, that punishment must be tailored to the size of the breach
